
TRAINING OPTIONS
Below are the training options currently available to my client base - read on to see which one is the right fit for you!

IN-PERSON
In person sessions are 60 minutes in length and are done in your home, home gym, apartment gym, or a third-party location (if the pervious options are not available to you). This includes a warm-up, tailored workout to your specific goals and interests, and a cool-down with stretching. Truly customizable to be what YOU want it to be, guided by my selection of exercises and rep scheme to give you your best results.

VIRTUAL SESSIONS
The same timing and set-up as in-person training, just over a Zoom or FaceTime! This is a great option for clients who do not live in the New York City area and those who travel often. Also a great option for when you are sick and still want to move, but at a lower intensity.

GROUP (SHARED+)
Group sessions are when you want a friend(s) to join your session. If it is just 1 person, that is considered a semi-private and is a single additional charge to the session itself. If it is a group of 3+, a group rate can be applied so everyone can enjoy the session at a lower cost. The more the merrier!

CUSTOM PROGRAMMING
This is the "budget-friendly" option for those who want a trainer's eye on what they are doing in the gym at a fraction of the cost. You will get a monthly program specific to your availability, gym accommodations, and goals. I will also check-in periodically to answer any questions you have regarding the program.
